Why I Started SupportBase
I'm just starting out on my own, building SupportBase from the ground up. After years of working in IT, I saw how frustrating it can be for small businesses to get straightforward, honest tech support.
Too many IT companies hide behind jargon, charge hidden fees, or treat you like just another ticket in the system. I wanted to do things differently.
SupportBase is about providing local, personal IT support to businesses in Standish, Wigan, and Chorley. No corporate nonsense, no over-promising, just someone who genuinely wants to help your business run smoothly.

My IT Experience
